Earliest Memories

Father: Whose son are you ? me: Yours papa. Every-time I answer this question he would have eyes full of pride and a deep sense of satisfaction. Every time he wants to convince me for something he would ask this and I will fall for it.

Smell of the first rain used to be mesmerizing, rain falling on the tin shade of garage used to be the best music. The two wheeler my father used to drive with all five of us on it was the best sight from my early memories. My wait for 4:00PM to go out and play with all my best friends in the colony was the best thing you get after a long wait.

Wrestling with my sister for no apparent reason. splashing water all over the living hall and skiing all along as if we are on snow.  Having sleepless nights after listening scary stories about the huge tree on the street. Breaks were only included as part of breakfast, lunch breaks.....

They say, every kid wants to grow up and when they grow-up they want their childhood back. I never wanted to grow-up. The awesome memories from my childhood is what keeps me going till date.
